RIDLE 4X Showcase in Riverside, CA on December 5th, 2023 - Wrapping up the RIDLE Faculty Development Program at the University of California Riverside. Faculty demonstrated their journey through reflections after participating in this 9-month faculty development program.
Presenting at the IUPUI Assessment Institute in Indianapolis, IN on October 30th, 2023 - Presented about the RIDLE Faculty Development Program at the University of California Riverside. In this program, Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) were designed and facilitated to transform 60 undergraduate bottleneck courses over 9 months to close equity gaps, increase student persistence, lower DFW rates, and enhance just-in-time student interventions.
